So my friend Cole is fantastic. He wanted a cuddle buddy, so he wrote his number on my RA’s white board. The best part was that she texted him back about 5 minutes later. Will the cuddling happen? That is still to be determined…..
Results: Shot down for cuddling tonight, but she wants to meet him and “see what the future holds”…. I consider that a win in my book.

Tonight I hung out with my friend Bobby who I’ve known for three or four years now. He said something to me that really meant a lot to me tonight.
“You helped me a lot in high school and I don’t think you realize how much you did. You were always the perfect role model. You were intelligent, cool, kind, and always willing to do whatever it took to help someone out. Even if you don’t feel like you’re doing as well as you normally do, that’s okay. You’re still amazing and this rough patch doesn’t change that.”
I really needed to hear that right now more then ever. I’ve been really angry at myself for screwing up the first few weeks of classes and I’m doing my best to bring them back up again, but it’s not that simple when some of my classes only have three exams that make up the entire grade. All I can do is my best right now, and I need to continue to be the role model I once was.

Awww :3 My ex-boyfriend just called me (the one I’m friends with)
We haven’t talked in ages but he called to see if I was still in town and wanted to hang out with him tonight. I’m not in town but the next time I’m in town and he’s not working, hopefully we can get together and catch up.
We haven’t seen each other since we’ve both come out of the closet, so it would be a lot of fun to see what we’ve been up to.

This is the remarkable moment when a tiger bowed its head and placed a paw up to the hand of a small girl.
Photographer Dyrk Daniels noticed the 370lb Golden Bengal Tiger had taken an interest in the child, who was leaning against his glass enclosure.
As the tiger, called Taj, headed over to her, Mr Daniels got his camera ready, expecting him to snarl and bang against the glass.
‘I noticed that Taj had taken an interest in the girl and was heading towards her.
‘I thought for certain that the little girl would need therapy after the encounter and fear cats for the rest of her life.
‘I could not believe my eyes when Taj approached the girl, bowed his head and then placed his huge right paw exactly in front of where the little girl’s left hand was.
‘It was incredible to watch. Taj let down his right paw, rubbed his cheek against the glass where the little girl’s face was and moved off.’
Far from being scared, the little girl was so excited that she started clapping as she walked back afterwards towards her mother.
‘I have never seen such tenderness from such a large predator,’ Mr Daniels said.

I love my friends. Both of these gifts I got in the mail to day from two different people yet both of them are inside jokes :) These really brightened my day.
